[Return to Home Page ]

One hundred sixty three motor bikes of all types
Two hundred and seventeen riders -- men, women, and children
People from all walks of life from all over North and South Carolina and out of state

These people came to Elizabeth City on Sunday afternoon, October 15th, to Ride for Hunger.  Each rider was charged an entry free and a major donation was made to the Food Bank of the Albemarle.

The ride was sponsored by Outer Banks Harley-Davison, which is located in Elizabeth City.

It was a beautiful day for the ride, which started and ended at the Outer Banks Harley-Davidson shop with a cookout behind the building in their picnic area.

From the Board and Staff of the Food Bank of the Albemarle...Thank You.
