Agencies are mailed a product's list monthly and they are able to call
our food hotline for updates. We are currently working on internet access
to our products list. An order is placed with us which is pulled from the
warehouse floor and is pulled together for pickup, drop off, or delivery.
A small shared maintenance fee (18 cents/pound) is charged to help cover
our cost of transportation, staffing, handling and warehousing, although
last year approximately 50% of our product was distributed at no cost to
agencies, as we are doing this year.
