Terrific restaurant next to the Virginia Dare Arcade on Main St, and an easy walk from anywhere in downtown Elizabeth City. Rachel's Place serves breakfast and lunch, and has some great specialty wraps in addition to soups, salads, quesadillas, cold plates, and sandwiches.
