In North Carolina it is easier than ever to qualify for nutrition benefits. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Food Stamps) may be able to help you gain and maintain a nutritious diet. You can use the internet
to help determine your eligibility. Or, if you would rather, call 1-800-662-7030 to find the Department of Social Services office in your county. Social Services in your county will be able to help you. But, it all starts with
you taking that first step to find out if you are eligible.
